Welcome to the Harris Foundation, we are a Social Enterprise and provider of services and support for people with dyslexia and literacy difficulties. Our primary area or service is in relation to the Harris Filters which we both sell and provide free of charge to children that live in a disadvantaged social background.

In September 2009 The Harris Foundation applied for Official Charity status so that we may provide a better standard of service and provide our Lenses to more children.

In addition to the Harris Filters we now also offer free advice and are in the process of building a community based on achieving this end and as such our primary goal is to help and assist those who need it most.

In Addition to offering a whole range of community based tools such as member blogs, forums, newsletters and polls we have also embarked upon the creation of a Dyslexia Knowledge Base where we wish to collate as much information about the subject.

The Foundation Community is a free service that anyone can join and ask questions or collaborate on one of our projects.



Before you get started try to remember this community portal was only launched on Friday 4th September so there will not be too much to see, however if you still want to take a look around please feel free.
